1. Overview

Profit and Quit LLC (“Profit and Quit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with our website and evaluation and funded-trading programs (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing details, messages you send our support team, and, where required for verification or payout eligibility, identity documents. We also collect information generated by your use of the Services, such as evaluation performance data, trading activity within our programs, device and browser information, and IP address.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to create and manage your account, process payments, verify your identity before a payout or funded-stage invitation, provide customer support, communicate updates about your account, monitor for prohibited trading practices, and improve our website and programs.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (Users Outside the United States)

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on your consent, the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, and compliance with our legal obligations, including identity verification and anti-fraud requirements.

5. Sharing & Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate our business, including payment processors, identity verification providers, trading platform providers such as Tradovate and Rithmic, customer support tools, and website analytics providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Profit and Quit LLC or others, to enforce our Terms of Service, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

If we publish leaderboards, rankings, or trader spotlights, we may display a participant’s chosen display name, general geographic region, account size category, and performance metrics; we do not publish real names, contact information, or financial account details in connection with such features.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and we honor recognized universal opt-out signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, where legally required. Disabling cookies may limit some site functionality.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws (such as those of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia, among others) to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Contact page, and we will respond consistent with applicable law.

10. International Users

Our Services are operated from the United States and are intended for use within the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it.

12. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement. Where automated tools assist with identity verification or fraud screening, decisions with a significant effect on you are reviewed by a member of our team.

13. Business Transfers

If Profit and Quit LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy.

14. Changes to This Policy
